Step 1 – Application: To begin the admission process, submit the following online using the Apply Now link:
- Application Packet
- $100.00 Application Fee ($350.00 maximum per family)
- $75.00 Testing Fee (first grade and above)
- Parental Agreement
In addition, the following must be submitted for students applying to first grade and above:
- Administrator Recommendation
- Authorization of Release of Prior Educational Records
- Current Report Card
- New Student Inquiry Form (ninth grade and above)
After the forms are received, we will set up an appointment for testing (first grade and above) and a parent interview with the administration. Official acceptance is based on admission test scores, transcript review, interview results, and the availability of enrollment space. VBS reserves the right to deny entrance to any student if, in the opinion of the administration, it is in the best interest of the school and student.
Step 2 – Enrollment: Upon acceptance to VBS, the following items are required for enrollment:
- Enrollment Packet
- Applicable Enrollment Fee
- Student’s certified birth certificate
- Certificate of Immunization (Georgia Form 3231 or 3032)
- Certificate of Eye, Ear, and Dental exam (Georgia Form 3300) for kindergarten (K5) and above
- Completed Handbook Agreement (students in sixth grade and above must also sign the agreement)
- Completed Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Use Policy (ninth grade and above)
